Hi, It really depends on what you put in the sandwich. If you just put a piece of meat and cheese and mayo on white bread, there is not much nourishment to that. If you put on lettuce, tomato and other veggies, that is better. If you use a whole grain bread or at least a more nutritious bread than white bread, you are also going to have better nutrition. Just think about each component's nutritional value and then add them all up, the more nutritious foods you put into the sandwich, the better it will be for you!
