banana plantations have is nutrient depletion. Rain forests keep a natural equilibrium of nutrients in the soil. They are self sustaining because of the great diversity they have. When banana production is the sole use of the land, only certain nutrients are needed and these are depleted.

The best choice is banana because it gives you more nutrients and help in growth in height. Chips is basically a junk food for kids. Chips just give them fat and that's it!
