You need to eat A LOT of protein, some people say 1gram of protein for every pound you weigh. It's very hard to eat this much protein which is why bodybuilders oftentimes supplement their diet with protein shakes. You also need fruits and veggies, of course. You can limit your carb intake (breads, pasta), make always make sure you eat some carbs. HEALTHY, GOOD CARBS are things like beans, sweet potatoes, and whole wheat breads and pasta. A little bit of fat in your diet is also essential, such as nuts, olive oil, or peanut butter.
The key to getting built is to cut the crap out of your diet. Train hard, train seriously, train consistently. DRINK LOTS OF WATER - up to a gallon a day. You will be going to the bathroom A LOT, but hydration is key so you won't get bloated.
It's a good idea to cut as much salt (sodium) out of your diet as you can. Same with processed foods (pretty much anything in a box in the middle of the grocery stores) and sugars (other then from fruits).
Good luck!
