The spleen.
Stomach is located on left, just below the bottom rib. Heart is located on left side, and higher than the stomach.
Depends on your perspective. From the front, the first organ you get is you stomach, from the back, the left kidney. Both start above the rib cage and extend down below it. The "tail" of the pancreas lies between the the two, and your intestines occupy any extra space round all that. Also, if you are unwell, you may have an enlarged spleen; this is ordinarily completely under the ribcage, but may extend below the rib cage a bit on your left side.
The first organ to receive oxygen-rich blood would be the heart. The right ventricle pumps de-oxygenated blood to the lungs. The lungs provide oxygen via interaction with capillaries which in turn sends the oxygen-rich blood back to the left atrium which is found in the heart.
The oxygen is taken from the alveoli in the lungs.
The spleen is the hemopoeitic organ lateral to the stomach o the left side of the peritoneal cavity.

It is on the front left side of the frame just below the front left axle shaft.
There are a few different organs on the left hand side of the body, just below the ribs. Specifically, the stomach and left kidney are stacked together in that region.
A ventricle is a cavity in an organ. It usually refers to the two lower cavities in the heart, that pump blood into the body and the lungs. It is also used in connection to the series of chambers inside the brain, which are filled with cerebrospinal fluid.
