The spinal cord tumor may likely just keep growing in size and cause more compressison on the spinal cord. If there isn't a button, you can go to My Computer, right click the device, and in the menu, there should be an option to eject safely. If you remove it before you "safely remove" when you insert a pen drive you will the safety remove icon in your PC.
