If you are talking about mammalian red blood cells - then the answer is that they have *no* organelles except their plasma membrane, and a network of supporting cytoskeleton)

The erythrocytes of all other vertebrates *do* retain their nuclei, however.

Red Blood cells are prokaryotic cells. this means that they do not contain a membrane-bound nucleus but instread contain free-floating DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid). Red blood cells also contain hemoglobin which carry oxygen throughout the body. Hemoglobin also transports trace amounts of iron throughout the body.

i dont know

dont ask me

except for

Nucleus- The Nucleus is the main control center for the cell it directs all the action and activities

Chromatin- The chromatin is located in the nucleus. They are strands that embody genetic material. This is how the nucleus knows how to direct the cells activities.

Nucleolus- the Nucleolus is a small object located inside the nucleus. It produces ribosomes.

Cytoplasm- the Cytoplasm is the gel-like substance between the nucleus and the cell membrane. Many organelles are located in the cytoplasm.

Mitochondria- Mitochondria are the "power houses" of the cell. They transform food into energy that is essential to the cell.

Endoplasmic Reticulum - The Endoplasmic Reticulum is a series of passageways that go throughout the cell. They are used to transport proteins,, ribosomes and other materials to different places within the cell.

Ribosomes- Ribosomes are little round like objects that make proteins. They are often attached to the inside of the endoplasmic reticulum. Other ones float around the cytoplasm freely.

Golgi Bodies- Golgi Bodies are flattened tube like structures that receive proteins and other materiels. They then package them and deliver them to other parts of the cell.

Vacoules- Vacuoles are water filled sacs that store food water and other materials the cell needs.

Lysosomes- Lysosomes are small round balls that contain chemicals used to breakdown materials in the cell.

Cell membrane- The cell membrane is the boundary that separates the cell from its environment. It controls what comes in and out of the cell.It protects and supports the cell.

Centrosome- The centrosome is an organelle that serves as the main microtubule-organizing center for the cell. Microtubules make up part of the structure of the cell and they help the cell move.

They have the same as many other body cells:

-Nucleus

-Mitochondria

-Cell Wall

-Lysosomes

-Endoplasmic recticulum

Depending on the type of White Blood Cell, there are different amounts of these organelles.

Does a red blood cell have organelles?

No. They do not. They are able to support themselves without organelles helping. They are degraded in the bone marrow so that there is more space for the hemoglobin.

Which formed element is the only true cell?

The only true cell among the formed elements of blood is the white blood cell (leukocyte). Red blood cells (erythrocytes) and platelets (thrombocytes) are not considered true cells because they lack a nucleus and other organelles.
