Plant cells have different organelles than animal cells. Plants cells some times have chloroplasts, and always have a cell wall, but animal cells never have either of those. Different types of cells also might have more than of one type of cell if they need more to do their job. For example, muscles cells have more mitochondria than skin cells because muscle cells need more energy to do their job, and mitochondria provide energy for a cell.

Many cells in the body are "specialised", meaning that they do specific jobs within the body as a whole, like parts of a machine. Heart muscle cells are always pumping blood around the body, and thus require many more mitochondria than other cells do. Red blood cells, on the other hand, have no nucleus, in order that they can carry the maximum amount of oxygen. There are many other examples which will come up if you search for "Specialised Cells".

The organelles differ in diffrent types of cells when their is a plant cell, which has Chloplasts because it uses photosynthesis to make sugars, and an animal cell is hetertrophic so it doesn't need or cant have these because it has to eat something else. another reason that they differ is a plant cell has one large vacuole while an animal cell has more than one but they are smaller. this is because a plant cell needs to store extra food.

Certain organelles are found only in certain types of cells because different cells have different functions. For example plant cells make their own energy so they need chloroplasts.

Yes, they differ. Most notably, plant cells have cell walls and chloroplast, which animals cells lack.

Where is the location of the organelle?

there are many different types of organelles within cells, such as the RER, nucleus, ribosomes, golgi apparatus etc...these are all organelles and they are located WITHIN the cell's cytoplasm.
