Marijuana use can decrease sperm count in males at times resulting in a lowered sex drive. In females it may cause egg damage or suppression of ovulation. It can also disrupt the menstrual cycles and cause an alteration of hormone levels in females as well. The use of marijuana during pregnancy can also result in a lower birth weight and could cause complications during delivery.

Well it effects your brain (as a psychoactive) and your brain is an organ. It also effects your heart (increased heart rate) and whole bunch of other parts of your body (some organs some not).
