If we look strictly at the abdomen (and exclude pelvic anatomy) the left lower quadrant contains the inferior half of the descending colon, the superior part of the sigmoid colon and loops of ileum and jejunum.
Pathologically enlarged pelvic organs or upper left quadrant organs can sometimes be found in the lower left quadrant. For example, ovarian carcinoma's or cysts, bladder, uterine pathologies. From the upper left quadrant, massive renal carcinomas, polycystic kidney's, enlarged spleens.
Of course we can sometimes find a littel bit of extra human... during late term pregnancy.
The cecum, vermiform appendix, part of the small intestines, the right reproductive organs of females, the beginning of the ascending colon, and the right ureter.

Left Lower Quadrant of LLQ is a part of the human abdomen. LLQ includes descending colon, sigmoid colon, left ovary and Fallopian tube or left uterine tube.
The answer is spleen with a tail of pancreas and left part of the stomach.
pancreas, stomach, spleen
The spleen and the tip of the pancreas.
cecum, appendix, part of the small intestines, the right reproductive organs, and the right ureter.
Stomach, Small intestine, and colon
Using the median plane (vertically) and the transumbilical plane (horizontally), the abdomen is divided into four quadrants:Right Upper Quadrant (RUQ)Left Upper Quadrant (LUQ)Right Lower Quandrant (RLQ)Left Lower Quandrant (LLQ)Very briefly, some of the major structures/organs contained within each are:RUQ = most of the liver, gallbladderLUQ = spleen, most of the stomachRLQ = appendixLLQ = sigmoid colon
a right temporal lower quadrant defect
The lower left abdominal quadrant contains liac fossa. This is divided by the doctor.
basophil
cecum, appendix, part of the small intestines, the right reproductive organs, and the right ureter.
Stomach, Small intestine, and colon
The Right Lower Quadrant contains the organs of the large intestine and small intestine. It also has the cecum and appendix.
Lower right pain is commonly associated with appendicitis.
the lower quadrant !More specifically, the RIGHT lower quadrant. If using the "Nine Abdominal Regions" reference zones, the appendix sits in the Right Iliac or Inguinal Region.Right lower quadrant.
Lower left quadrant
Using the median plane (vertically) and the transumbilical plane (horizontally), the abdomen is divided into four quadrants:Right Upper Quadrant (RUQ)Left Upper Quadrant (LUQ)Right Lower Quandrant (RLQ)Left Lower Quandrant (LLQ)Very briefly, some of the major structures/organs contained within each are:RUQ = most of the liver, gallbladderLUQ = spleen, most of the stomachRLQ = appendixLLQ = sigmoid colon
left lower quadrant
a right temporal lower quadrant defect
The sigmoid colon is located in the lower left quadrant of the abdomen.
Upper left(Second) and lower right(Fourth).
