The nasal passages are covered by thick mucus membranes that contain tiny hairlike projections known as cilia.
There are many more than 5 organs. Some are the heart, blood vessels, lungs, stomach, colon, trachea, nasal passages, ovaries, etc.
Organs just above the diaphragm include the lungs, heart, and major blood vessels like the aorta and vena cava. The diaphragm separates the thoracic cavity, containing these organs, from the abdominal cavity below.
