It is Stephen kings "Magnum Opus", If you like Stephen Kings books, you should really read the dark tower series, as it ties a lot of his stories together into one huge story. There is no such modern building, possibility this is a reference to "The Artemis Tower" or "Artemis Clock Tower"?
