Shakespeare touches on prophecy in some of his plays. Macbeth is probably his most famous for this.

The Greek play-write Sophocles formed his three part work, Antigone, Oedipus the King, Oedipus at Colonus, around prophecies.

To get a little more modern, Herman Melville worked prophecies into one of the greatest American novels of all time, Moby Dick.

But if you want the Holy Grail of prophecies, the Pentateuch, or the first five books of The Bible and the entire Torah, is the best place to look. Many of the same prophecies show up in the Koran as well. It's a great prophetic resource.
