It would be almost impossible to find a country that is totally against Singapore as Singapore is in the United Nations. When countries have disaster (e.g. the Sichuan Earthquake and the 2003 or 2004 tsunami), Singapore would be one of the first to help the affected countries. I even heard that there was a country that was hit by a disaster and they rejected help from all countries like United States but allowed only Singapore team in. Singapore also does not afford to be disliked by other countries as Singapore has to depend on them for imports which include food.
