What other food can you give to your shih tzu rather her dogfood?

Hello! I have two shih tzus and they both love a bit of whatever i am eating: chicken, mashed potato, vegetables etc. BUT only in small quantities and moderation!
Remember some foods are poisonous to dogs such as chocolate, grapes.
It is ok for dogs to eat human foods every now and again :) xx
