I have the same question and the research that I am doing tells me that the best would be 3 in 1, and second mineral or baby oil. It seems that both work for what I am reading.
You can remove unwanted hair color with an ordinary pair of scissors, clippers, or a razor. try one or both of these..wash with dishwashing liquid or clarifying shampoo, OR cover hair in baby oil or hot oil treatment,leave for awhile and shampoo.
