Many different names. The one I saw a lot more than others was the name Squeeze box. It makes sense, since the accordion is meant to be squeezed, and it's sometimes shaped like a box.

There were many different answers to that question... I checked around here, and it sounds like some people just made up words to get a laugh. I checked it on Wikipedia, and it said that the accordion was called the squeeze box.
Usually, you can find the name of the company that made the accordion just above the registers on the right hand side of it. So between the keys and the bellows. There usually won't be a logo, but rather, just the company name.
No. The accordion was first invented in Germany in 1822. From there it became popular in many European countries such as Italy, France, Sweden, and Ireland, to name a few. The accordion also became popular in Latin American music, Canadian music, and Cajun music. It is even used in parts of Africa. To my knowledge, the accordion was never popular in Korea.
The accordion is part of the free reed instrument family. This means that it has reeds mounted in it that sound when air blows over them. The first instrument in the family was the Chinese Sheng. Other instruments that are related to the accordion include the harmonica, the concertina, the melodeon, and the bandoneon.
