There are several organelles that the cell nucleus works with. The cell nucleus works with the centriole, centrosome, lysosome, mitochondria, vacuole, ribosomes, and the endoplasmic reticulum.
§cytosketeton itself is formed by 3 organelles, they are: Microfilaments, macrofilaments and intermediate filaments. During cell division the centrioles align these filaments to form the spindle fibre.
