The only reptiles you can place with a leopard gecko are fat tailed geckos. Leopards and Fat Tails are very closely related and don't seem to be able to tell the difference between each other.
It wouldn't be from Petland for sure. The best place to get a cheap leopard gecko would be at Petco or Petsmart where they are thirty dollars and at Petland they are forty dollars.
They drop their tails and then run to a small dark place.
probably a pet shop
Well, you're probably in for a surprise. In other words, your leopard gecko is pregnant! If you've never had any other leopard geckos in the aquarium (or wherever you keep it) then the egg will never hatch, it's just a cycle some leopard geckos go through, and is not uncommon. No need to worry, just remove the egg; but if you have had another leopard gecko in the cage before, it was probably a male, even if you thought otherwise, as this can be tricky. If this is so, you should put a small container of fresh aspen shavings or the moss you can get, but not the sand (this can be hazardous for baby leopard geckos). Hopefully, your gecko will lay her egg in the container, and you should remove that and place them in an incubator (directions at http://www.albeysreptiles.com/incubate-eggs.htm). Continue to follow the directions at that website, and you will find what you need. If the eggs are not in the container, carefullyremove the eggs by taking all that is under it and gently placing it in the container. Try to incubate them, following the directions given earlier, but it will normally be too late by then. Hope your hatchlings-to-be will do well!
a reptile is everywhere so there is no place that place have a reptile....But there is no reptiles at the North and a South Pole
I have a crested gecko but your leopard gecko might like it too. I hold him and put one hand in front of the other and he runs down my hands. Sometimes I put a little gap between my hands and he jumps from hand to hand.
Impossible to answer ! Vet fees vary wildly - depending on what country you're in, which practice you use, and whether it's your first visit... Incidentally - grammatically speaking - your question should have read 'how much would it cost to take a leopard gecko to a vet'... You take something fromwhere you are to another place - you bring something from somewhere else to yourself !
it needs to be out down! its ill in a way where its brain is shutting down
If its not there i bet you didn't place it in your den silly!
This likely means that the leopard gecko is impacted. Impaction takes place when an animal has ingested too many grains of sand/ dirt/ mulch/ fibers, and the digestive system is unable to break down the small particles, so instead it builds up in the intestines. This can be fatal if not treated properly. The first thing to do is switch out your substrates and use something that can not be ingested by the animal. Paper towel works best for this situation.
No, the word 'reptile' is a noun, a word for a type of animal; a word for a thing.A pronoun is a word that takes the place of a noun in a sentence. The pronoun that takes the place of the noun 'reptile' is it.Example:There is a reptile in that aquarium. I don't know what kind it is.
Leopard geckos eat crickets(normally), mealworms (normally), waxworms(depending on size), kingworms(depending on size), and others you might have heard about. If you are asking about the wild, they hunt for it of course! But if you are asking how they get it when you feed it, they will take the worms out of the food dish you place them in. You can let the crickets run loose and they will hunt the crickets on their own.
