As long as the phone is CDMA capable and not a Blackberry nTelos should be able to activate the phone. However, when you flash a phone from another carrier data and picture messaging is not a guarentee.
You can use a Verizon phone for the nTelos Frawg program as long as it is not a smartphone.
Unfortunately, an iPhone cannot be used on nTelos services due to they use a GSM network and nTelos uses CDMA.
nTelos is not part of AT&T or any other wireless provider.

Your nTelos account number should be located at the top of your nTelos bill next to the Invoice Date and Due Date.
It depends on how your nTelos account is set up. If your aircard is shared with your cell phone service then yes the data would be free (with exception of smartphones those require the 29.99 smartphone data package). If it is not shared, for instance if you have an unlimited plan the aircard cannot be shared, you would have to pay extra for the data package.
