That is actually a tough question as most of King's books contain "language"(by that I assume you mean the obscene variety). The closest I can name would possibly be Lisey's Story. It does contain graphic language, but a lot is the woman's substitute for those words. An example is her use of the term "smuck" as a substitution for, well, you get the idea. However as the reader you can mentally "edit" anything you read and still enjoy a good story.
One of Stephen King's books that is fast-paced and scary from the beginning is "Misery." It follows the story of a writer who is held captive by his obsessed fan, leading to a tense and thrilling read from the start. Another option could be "Pet Sematary," which delves into the horrors of a burial ground with dark powers. Both of these books have intense and gripping narratives that deliver scares early on.

because of "filthy language" wow really get over it if you don't like the "filthy language" in this book then dont read the book and don't take the book away from other people just because you don't like it.
I dont think so but it was used by Stephen King in his novel " The Shining "

I have heard all seven books with both Stephen Fry and Jim Dale. I think Jim Dale is the better of the two because with Stephen Fry you sometimes dont hear a difference between the people talking so it s a bit confusing. There's a reason Jim Dale won the GWR for most different voices with over 500 different voices.
i dont no
