First they were released in Legend of Blue-Eyes white Dragon (a common misconception is that they are in Yugi starter decks), Exodia the Forbidden one was released in the Master Collection 1, they were all released in Dark Legends, Retro Pack 1, Dark Beginnings Vol1, and in the Yugioh GX Ultimate Beginner's Pack.
The legand of blues booster pack gives the exodia pieces.
The Exodia cards can be found in the booster packs Legend of the White Dragon and Dark Beginning 1.
All five Exodia cards can be obtained in the booster packs Legend of Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Dark Beginning 1.

There is no card called simply 'Exodia' or one that represents his complete form, apart from Exodia-like cards such as Exodius. Exodia is represented by five cards of his sealed body parts, ie "Left Leg of the Forbidden One" is one of his limbs, while "Exodia the Forbidden One" is his head.
No - as is stated on 'Exodia the Forbidden One' itself, the automatic win is declared when all five parts are in your hand, not on the field.
Exodia's win condition is that all five parts are in your hand, while Exodia Necross' summoning condition is that all five parts are in your graveyard. It's much, much easier to get them all into the graveyard, than it is to have all five in your hand at the same time. So a deck based around Exodia Necross will try to put them there, rather than play to get them all in hand.
Regular exodia is better in my opinion
