You have to either find a copy of that page online, or take the page of the magazine you want, and scan it onto your computer. Then post the magazine page onto your Facebook page.
To view and edit the web page that starts up when you boot up your browser (aka your home page), there are a number of ways to do so. Usually it will be under a settings menu. For Chrome, click on the wrench icon at your top right, then go to "Settings". For other internet browsers, sometimes it will be under the Tools menu or a similar wrench icon.
Is your magazine contained in PDF format? If so, you can convert your magazine to a flipping page one by using some page flip programs.

Can you specify what you mean by "code icon"? I am guessing that you mean the HTML icon in the edit mode of your page? You can click on it or drag it to where you want on the page. Does that answer your question?

Minimize the internet page. On the adressbar, there is normally an icon, drag this icon down across the page into the desktop. I hope this is usefull!
The Economist magazine always features an obituary on its last page.
