It depends on which painkiller with which antibiotic... but generally you can take a painkiller with it. You can take Tylenol (acetaminophen) with "classic" antibiotics.
Usual adult dose of paracetamol is applicable to pregnant women also.
Headache is not a sign of pregnancy. Depo is a highly effective method. If you think you could be pregnant, take a pregnancy test.
You should get to a dentist right away. Never take any medications you are unsure of (and even some you think you are sure of) when you are pregnant without the advice of your obstetrician.
