Justified text is when the text flows right across the page and each line is the same length as those above or below.
Where the text isn't broken up by starting a new paragraph.
Space between paragraphs and double spaced have nothing to do with each other. Double spaced is the space between lines WITHIN a paragraph, while spaces between paragraphs are controlled by the Before and After settings in the Paragraphs dialog box. In Word 2007 go to the Home tab, Paragraph group, and click the little launcher button in the bottom right of the Paragraph group. The Line Spacing settings, as well as the Before and After settings are at the bottom of that dialog.
In Adobe InDesign, to push text from one column to the next, you can use the "Enter" key (or "Return" key on Mac) to create a new paragraph in the next column. If you're working within a text frame and want to flow text into the next column, you can also use the "Shift + Enter" command to create a line break without ending the paragraph. Additionally, ensure that the text frame is set up with multiple columns to facilitate this flow.

False! When choosing the Justify option in Word for a paragraph, both sides (left and right) are aligned to the straight on the sides and spaces are added between to the words in the middle to make everything line up correctly. I hope that helps...
Use tags. Here are some examples of how to use them:This is my first paragraph. I would like for there to be a break between my paragraphs so I am splitting them up with p tags. This is my second paragraph, there will be a line break between this paragraph and the one above it. This is the default practice of most browsers.Alternatively you can write your text as a block with tags as line breaks. ie:This is my first paragraph. I would like for there to be a break between my paragraphs so I am inserting br tags between them. This is my second paragraph, there will be a line break between this paragraph and the one above it due to my tag.
You could be referring the use of justification to line up the edge of paragraphs to be all level. You could also be referring to using tabs to align text on lines to be the same as text on other lines in the document, like lining up numbers under each other. You could even use tables to do this.

what is definition in paragraph development
In order for lines of text to be read, they cannot all be written on top of each other, so they need to be spaced out. Line spacing determines how much space is between each line of text. The standard is for each line to be immediately below the previous one, as you would see in this answer. Sometimes you want more spacing. This could be to make things easier to read, or because there is not a long of text on a page and it looks better if it takes up more of the page. Commonly you may have double line spacing, which is text on every second line.
Well, this means that you open a word processor (MS Word, OpenOffice.org) and you type the text inside. Alternatively you can copy the text from other document or some website. Then you can process the text that means that you can format font (color, size), paragraph (indents, line spacing), change case, put speech bubbles or create numbered lists.
