The exploit of Robin Hood and his Merry Men are so well known that they have become a part of Western culture.
Robin Hood is not a play or a film. It is an English folk story. It does involve Maid Marian. reputedly Robin Hood's girlfriend.
There are actors who play the part of Robin Hood (in movies or TV shows), but Robin Hood is a person referred to most often in English folklore and ballads.
Robin Hood's legend tells us he robbed the rich and gave to the poor. The story began in the 1200's as an oral poem told by roving bards. When the story was first told many of the characters we know today weren't part of the story. A good example of this is Maid Marion and she shows up late in the story.
If you are talking about the character from folklore, no, he is not in the Justice League. However, Green Arrow, the guy that LOOKS like robin hood, was formerly part of the Justice League.
