The nose and ears are the only parts of the human body that continue to grow throughout a person's life.
Actually, your heart does grow. Your eyes are the only part of your body not to grow. The cells may be replaced or updated, but your eyes never grow.
Well everything gets old (as it we age, cells die, new ones replace) however, our eyes always stay the same size. They only reason they "get bigger" is because the part around our eyes becomes more widely spread. It's like raising you eyebrows slightly "increases the size of our eyes".
