That depends on what you are referring to when you say below. If you mean below it to hold it in place in your eye then that is the ciliary body, which is between the iris and the choroid. If you mean behind the lens between it and the retina this is called the vitreous body. The vitreous body contains clear jelly like substance called the vitreous humor.
