the respiratory system
The Brain, specifically the brain stem and the central nervous system that controls any "unconscious" activities like breathing and pulse rate.
Primarily breathing is controlled by the diaphragm but the intercostals betwen the ribs are also invilved especially during forced respiration.
the Medulla
It sends messages that control all the systems in the body. The nervous system controls almost every action in the human body. It controls the heart beat, your adrenaline levels, and many other things which can effect an organism.
Autonomic nervous system is that part of the nervous system that controls the body function that are not consciously controlled by the human brain like breathing, heartbeat, and digestive processes. Autonomic nervous system is a part of the peripheral nervous system. It works along with the somatic nervous system to regulate the body functions.
The brain, of course. Take away the brain and you have nothing. You can amputate arms, legs and even replace the human heart. Obviously, the brain controls everything, from your breathing to how your muscles react, etc. The brain even contains the soul of all human beings. Hope this helps.
The nervous system is crucial because it controls and coordinates all bodily functions, allowing us to sense and respond to our environment, think, feel emotions, and move our muscles. It also helps regulate vital functions like breathing and heart rate.
The Central Nervous System is the master system of the body and practically controls all other systems.

A human nervous system is much more complex. Unlike a human a jellyfish does not have a central nervous system.
