There are many parts to the immune system. The thymus are what helps the immune system recognize germs and reject them.
The Nasopharynx, the Oropharynx, and the Laryngopharynx.
The areas of the pharynx are the Nasopharynx, Oropharynx, and Laryngopharynx. The nasopharynx it provides passageway for air. The oropharynx is below the nasopharynx and is for food moving downward from the mouth and for air moving to and from the nasal cavity. Lastly the laryngopharynx is below the oropharynx and is a passageway to the esophagus.
Immune system. Your lymphatic system also takes part in it.
An organism's immune system protects it from harmful bacteria and other organisms. In terms of the Human immune system, this includes leukocytes (white blood cells of various types) and the various parts of the lymphatic system.

The bone marrow, the lymph nodes, the spleen, and the thymus are the organs that are part of the immune system, all of which work together to produce the different types of white blood cells which keep you alive.
Antibodies are special molecules of protein produced by the immune system that match parts of pathogens and prevent them from infecting cells.
The digestive system has several different parts. Some of the associated parts in the system are the mouth, esophagus, stomach and intestines.
