No one has ever died from a cannabis overdose; the therapeutic ratio of THC being around 20000:1 (alcohol 10:1, heroin 6:1). This means that the lethal dose is 20000 times the active dose. One would have to smoke 1500 pounds in 14 minutes to overdose; a feat commonly considered impossible. That being said, the long-term effects of cannabis are a subject of fierce debate. Accidents such as car crashes are possible while under the influence of cannabis, though not common as when one is high they have absolutely no motivation to go drive around.

Very close to 0%.

Marijuana is not particularly toxic, and it would be at least tolerably difficult to consume enough to "die from it". Characterization of marijuana as inherently deadly is, to put it charitably, an exaggeration, and one I personally believe to be counterproductive ("Hey, those DARE officers lied to us about marijuana, I bet heroin isn't really dangerous either, let's shoot up!").

Like any other drug, it can impair judgement, and it's at least plausible that someone under the influence could engage in hazardous activities they wouldn't undertake 'sober'. Also like any other illegal drug, it's possible that people could be killed by criminals for marijuana-related reasons, though it's probably less likely to happen over marijuana than most other illicit substances. Neither of these is particularly easy to quantify, but I'd anticipate the number would be small compared to, say, the number of people who die from overdosing on heroin or who are killed by Heisenberg/Gus Fring wannabes over methamphetamine a la Breaking Bad.

If marijuana were decriminalized, I'd expect "risky behavior" deaths to go up somewhat (but probably not to anywhere near drunk-driving fatality levels), and "criminal" deaths to drop to near zero.

The number of people that has died from using marijauna?

Zero. There is not ONE case of a person dying from marijuana alone. The LD50(dose at which 50 percent of people die) is estimated(since nobody has ever actually died from marijuana is 1500 pounds (680 kilograms) of Cannabis to be smoked within 15 minutes. Even the most burnt out of potheads couldn't handle that. Not to mention that you'd die from smoke inhalation before you died from the THC in the marijuana. Now, if you throw other drugs into the part along with the Marijuana, then yeah....fatality is a possibility. But to answer your question, Nobody has died from Marijuana
