Central Africa has between 0.5 and 15 percent of their population suffering from AIDS. Southern Africa has more than 15 percent of their population suffering from AIDS. The worst of these is Swaziland which has 26.1 percent of all adults and about 50 percent of adults in their 20's suffering from AIDS.
