our total blood volume is unevenly distributed amongst the arteries, veins and capillaries. The heart, arteries , pulmonary and systemic circuits contain about 1.5 liters of whole blood. The venous system contains 3.5 liters, which is circulating within the liveer, bone marrow and skin.
Actually most blood is in the Veins. Approximately 60% of the total blood volume is present in the systemic veins at any given moment. Also, at any given moment, only ~5% of the total circulating blood is flowing through the capillaries. Source: The Vander's Human Physiology textbook, and I just had a test on the circulatory system, so it's sort of fresh in my head right now lol.
I believe 5 percent by volume
The veins. At rest, about 65% of the body's circulating blood is located in the veins.
Plasma proteins are the predominant regulators of circulating blood volume. Plasma proteins are also called blood proteins or serum proteins.

Percentage change in volume= Change in volume/intial volume X 100
Generally, hydrogen peroxide bottles contain 1 to 3% peroxide.
decreased
Capillaries are tiny blood vessels. They need to have a greater surface area to volume ratio because they need to diffuse oxygen quicker.
Percentage by Mass = Mass of substance of interest/Total Mass Percentage by Volume = Volume of substance of interest/Total Volume Converting from one to the other requires information about their relative densities.
