Percentage wise I am unsure but I do know that Phytoplankton (tiny plants living in the oceans) are alone responsible for around 50% of the oxygen in our atmoshere. That is an astronomical amount considering they are so widely consumed. Hopefully somebody will be able to elaborate on my answer but it should give you a better idea of how much photosynthesis occurs in the sea.
