It all depends on the persons point-of-view. Is the juice worth the squeeze? Personally, for my wife and I, it is. We are getting a nice little check every now and then for dong something we are already doing. Yes, it can be annoying. It all depends on the individuals personality and outlook on life. I choose to participate because it doesn't make sense not too, at least to me. Most importantly, you have to be selected and they do that randomly generating addresses. So...in my opinion, if you get asked, I would say, yes.
