A term describing the fear specificlly does not yet seem to be named. The closest to cardboard was papyrophobia, or the fear of paper.
The irrational fear is called a phobia; the experience or object that triggers a phobia could be called a phobic experience or object.
Some people have called the fear of sticky notes and stickers stickerphobia. This phobia however is not listed on any official list.
