In my opinion the Tocco Lite is better because nearly all my friends have LG Cookie's and all of them say that they are rubbish. I am getting a Tocco Lite and I have read lots of reviews and all of them say that the Tocco Lite may be a bit more pricey but it is well worth it to get a better phone that will last you longer. :) Hope I helped.

The samsung tocco lite is much better because it is better looking & has a better camera. i have the lg cookie but my friend has the tocco lite. i was using her phone and realised that i made a big mistake by buying the cookie but the cookie comes with a stylus. but it doesnt really make a difference cause the tocco lite is very easy to use & is very light. it has some very good features. the music is better on the samsung tocco. take my advise and instead of buying the cookie buy the samsung tocco lite.

I think the samsung tocco and lite is better because they have better graphics and camera than the lg cookie and it is much lighter and slimmer. Also the tocco you can get on contract or pay as you go and it is stillcheeper than the LG cookie. I researched them both and the lg cookie seems more entertaining than the Samsung tocco lite but the samsung tocco lite was more of a phone than the LG cookie (what i like about the LG cookie is it has a drawing pad on it!)

Sorry! You can't! Unless the phone has a front/inside camera you cannot do them, I think you can on the Samsung Tocco though! Most 3G phones can, but samsung tocco lite is 2G!
