you need a bachelor's degree of science in biomedical engineering. in order to do that you need to take math, life and physical sciences, computer and laboratory classes to get this degree.

usually you would need to take on an apprentice or join a college course but it would be safety first most courses will teach the dangers an how best to avoid them, and you will learn along the way it will become second nature after a while
To be a certified electrician you would need to be at least 18 years old and be able to read/write/understand English. Other basic requirements would be to work at least least seven and a half years, or 10,500 hours as a jouneyman electrician along with completing education and training requirements.
