I don't believe there is one, but there is a piece by Benjamin Britten called, "The Young Person's Guide to the Orchestra"that has the tubas starting on pedal D. Its actually the only piece of music that i can think of that has a pedal D in the beginning for a tuba.
Tubas was created in 180#.
The population of Tubas is 16,100.
The area of Tubas is 295,123 square kilometers.

No.
The orchestra usually doesn't include a saxophone and euphonium, unless a piece specifically calls for it (euphoniums sometimes substitute for Wagner tubas).
Tubas
No, there are only Bb and Eb tubas, and very rarely, F and C tubas.

Tubas can be obtained from music chops that specialise in wind or brass instruments. Amazon do list a few on occasions. Prices of second hand tubas vary considerably to new ones. A good alternate is a refurbished ones available from MusiciansBuy.
Just one at a time.
The plural of tuba is tubas.
