According to the results page of the 2011 USEF Pony Finals, there was no horse named Stonewalls Circus. There was a Stonewall-Black Pearl that came in 19th and a Stonewall Sparkler that came in 26th of the Small Pony class, and a Stonewall Nimbus that came in 18th in Medium class.

Yes, if the pony divisions are combined, you would compete against all the other ponies in the combined division for the championship. Your goal would be to earn the highest score or ranking among all entries to qualify for pony finals in the medium greens.
The best place to get a pony is from a farm or from a stable. Or, you could adopt a wild mustang pony.
14 and under usually but the USEF are thinking of changing it.

You can take one in each division. I'm not sure if you can do three ponies the same size, on in the medal and one in the regulars, and one on the greens. But I know you can take one in the regulars and one in the greens... so I think you can take two for each size. One regular and one green for each division! :) Sorry for the long answer!!
