After you finish the game, or defeat the "Grand Master Of Evil" you will o a mission involving teddiursa and ursaing. you'll eventally find them deep in a forest, but teddiursa will be a ursaing! your partner will try to evolve, but a ioce says that they cannot evolve because of something to do with space. however, later in the game you may be able to evolve.
