Every 6.5 years, the planet Venus completes a cycle of transits across the Sun, viewed from Earth. This phenomenon occurs in pairs, with two transits occurring about eight years apart, followed by a gap of 105.5 years before the next pair. Additionally, various economic and social cycles, such as certain business cycles and agricultural patterns, can also approximate this timeframe, impacting markets and resource management.
The "apparent" reverse or backwards motion of a planet as observed from Earth. The innermost planets appear to have a retrograde motion when viewed from Earth.
because the oceans make up roughly 70% the earth, therefore when viewed from space, the earth looks mostly blue. If the surface of the earth was mostly jungle then it would be the green planet. Mars is called the red planet because when viewed from space it looks kind of red, that is because the surface of mars has a red tint to it.
Viewed from Earth, Venus is the brightest planet.
Planet Earth is called the blue planet because when viewed from space, its oceans and atmosphere make it appear predominantly blue in color. The reflection of sunlight off the water gives Earth its distinct blue hue when seen from afar.
There is no such planet. They all move counterclockwise (when viewed from above the Earth's north pole, which is the usual definition).
