April 2008 At present the only planet in our solar system that has not been visited (either by an orbiting spacecraft or flyby spacecraft) has been the recently planet downgraded body of Pluto. There is a mission currently in motion to visit this distant outpost.
Pluto has never been visited by satellites or probes.
all planets have been visited by a space probe
All of the 8 planets have been visited by space probes. Pluto, a former planet, was not visited by a space probe.
All 8 Planets have been observed with spacecraft from Earth.
Pluto
Neptune was the last planet to be visited by the space probe called Voyager II. It was launched by NASA and the probed flew past the planet in 1989.
The Mariner10 space probe and the Mercury Messenger space probe.
space probes have crossed Pluto's orbit, but never have visited the planet because Pluto was not in alignment with the flight path of the space probes.
The Cassini--Huygens space probe will be used to study the planet Saturn and it's respective satellites .
The only probe that has reached Neptune so far was Voyager 2.
Saturn
Neptune was the last planet to be visited by the space probe called Voyager II. It was launched by NASA and the probed flew past the planet in 1989.
No humans have ever been to Uranus. Voyager 2 is the only space probe that has visited it.
Venus was the first planet on which a space probe landed.
Pluto is one such planet that has not yet been reached by a space probe.
The first planet to be explored by a space probe is Venus. Hope this helps. : )
the megellan space probe was sent to venus.
an unmanned space probe is a satellite orbiting around the planet
The Mariner10 space probe and the Mercury Messenger space probe.
The Space Probe Galileo was put into orbit around the planet Jupiter
mars
Pluto. That is now a dwarf planet. :)
