Uranus and Neptune are the Ice Giants.
Mars also has ice as too does Mercury and Earth.
Pluto!
Yes. That seems to be the answer, but Pluto is only classed as a "dwarf planet" now.
You probably mean Uranus and Neptune, which are sometimes called "Ice Giants".
Yes Pluto is an icy planet.

None. Ceres is the smallest object currently classified as a dwarf planet.
The planet furthest from the sun
This could apply to Pluto. However, Pluto is no longer considered a planet and is more icy than rocky.
It is a terrestrial drawft planet because of its rocky and icy surface
Pluto was thought to be a planet until 2006, when it was named as a dwarf planet. The planet is thought to be very icy and at least 5 times smaller than Earth.
The moon Miranda is believed to have existing ice on it but theoretically it is Co2 which has given the planet an icy look but yes, the planet Miranda does have tiny slates of ice on the surface of the planet
There is no planet with large rings and icy rocks. Saturn has rings, but it is not a rocky planet - it is a gas giant.
No. Triton is an icy moon, not a planet.
Pluto, a dwarf planet.
You're looking at the cloud tops of a gas giant, not the "true" surface of the planet. Actually we're not sure if there IS a surface, but Jupiter might well have a rocky and/or an icy core ... but the core would be tiny compared with the whole planet.
uranus
Saturn?
you might be talking about Pluto, but its not considered a planet anymore.
uranus
An Icy, Rocky Core.
Pluto is a rocky icy dwarf planet.
