You get raritanium at planet hoven i don't know where but i know its on that planet find some, go to the resort planet sewers and some one will trade you raritanium for a Persuader if you go deeeeeeeeep in the sewers of course your gonna need an O2 mask before you can go in to the sewers. Also at planet hove a mechanic will fix up clank with a Hydro-Pack which will allow you to swim through currents.
