At present humanity has the ability to land astronauts on only one planet, the Earth. We are also able to land astronauts on one natural satellite, the moon, if we put out the effort. Equipment to accomplish travel to the moon in not available immediately and would have to be rebuilt

Since Saturn is a gas giant, there is no solid surface, making it impossible for astronauts to land a spacecraft. It may be possible to fly into its atmosphere, however this probably will not happen in the near future.
