At present humanity has the ability to land astronauts on only one planet, the Earth. We are also able to land astronauts on one natural satellite, the moon, if we put out the effort. Equipment to accomplish travel to the moon in not available immediately and would have to be rebuilt

The inner planets are the only planetary bodies in the Solar system that have what could be called a surface. It is possible that Neptune and Uranus also have solid surfaces, but it is not conclusively known. Saturn and Jupiter are gas giants, and while the atmosphere of the deepest levels might be dense enough to support mass, the pressure would be so great that anything that reached those depths would be crushed.

Each of the inner planets with the exception of Earth and Mars present technological problems beyond distance that make landing on them difficult. The Soviet Union at its height did land probes on Venus, but none lasted long enough to send back much telemetry, and the dark side of Mercury would be relatively easy to reach, but breaking out of orbit and returning to Earth would be prohibitive in the amount of fuel necessary.

While poor little Pluto is no longer a planet, its surface is likely solid as well, most likely frozen methane and/or ammonia.

We have not sent any people to land on other planets.

However, we have landed spacecraft (from the old USSR) on Venus and (from the USA) on Mars .
