In some jurisdictions, you can offer a plea of Nolo Contendre.

The Nolo plea is simply a wimp-out version of a guilty plea. All that it means is that you acknowledge the fact that the prosecution has enough evidence to successfully prosecute you for the offense and you will not contest the charge.

There is no such plea as "Innocent."
