they actually carry a variety of Pokemon like arbok ekans koffing weezing grimer and muk and rattata and raticate im not sure if that's all but the boss carries big strong Pokemon and ground Pokemon.

all the legendaries in fire red and leaf green are in ultra violet.
there aren't much differences, the differences you can spot are some pokemons change. eg. in fire red you get oodish, gloom---in leaf green you get bellsprout ,veepinbell instead there are also others like for growlithe you get vulpix instead you get slugma instead of magmar in leaf green and the pokemons of the elite four also changes in both the versions there are also many other pokemons you get in leaf green which you don't find in fire red.
go to prof oak when u jus get 4 badges and prof will giv u all the pokemons . [only work on fire, red, green, leaf]even legend pokemons]

You will be getting krabby in Pokemon leaf green where as horsea in Pokemon leafgreen.There ae some pokemons that you get in fire red will not be there in leaf green like,Fire Red:Growlithe,oddish,psyduck and in leaf green:Vulpix,bellsprout,slowpoke.

it gives more power to the pokemons elemental attacks. example: If you got a fire Pokemon and improves the special ability.. the pokemons fire attacks does more damage.. but attacks that arent fire does not
Yes you can migrate pokemons in Pokemon soul silver. you can either migrate from emerald, ruby, sapphire. im not sure about leaf green and fire red.
