Lower the hp and keep throwing great balls at it. It'll probably take a good 10 minutes of throwing receive the mystery gift before august 2011 the faster the music the easier it is to catch but u still have to lower its health. i used it to catch victini and other Pokemon

You can. Save the game before battling Victini. If it doesn't have the right nature, just soft reset the game until it does. Don't expect to get a shiny Victini by doing this.
