the outer caseing from when the popcorn pops. its thin so it slides rite in between your gums. i to have popcorn stuck in my gums just ate popcorn yesterday and i am trying to get it out lol

You could use tweezers, or toothpicks or dental floss. But you could get warm warmer to loosen the gum. if it still hasn't come out maybe just pick at it for a while
